Terms of Service

Scalvy AI provides AI-powered analytics and content generation for small businesses. The service connects to your Instagram (and optionally Telegram) accounts and your website to produce lead analysis, reports, and marketing content.

To use Scalvy AI you must own, or have explicit authorization to manage, every Instagram or Telegram account you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and accounts you provide.

You agree not to use Scalvy AI to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• operate fake, automated, or impersonating accounts;
• scrape or analyze competitors' accounts without their consent.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Scalvy AI is offered on a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

You own all data you connect, and all data generated about your business. Scalvy AI processes that data solely on your behalf to provide the service and claims no ownership over it.

AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and content are advisory only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Scalvy AI is not liable for business decisions made based on the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms, with at least 30 days' notice — except in cases of abuse, security risk, or legal requirement, where suspension may be immediate.
